I produced a lot of music during the last year and finally, some more tunes will be released. I really feel blessed to release my first vinyl record ever, should be in stores in march. Thanks and a big hug to the WHITE label crew and Oskar ‘O’ especially! Shouts to Berlin/Kreuzkölln
Another track I did will be out soon on Lars Behrenroth’s Los Angeles based Deeper Shades label, it is a label compilation. I got some more tracks for you guys….  so  a four-track-ep on the frankfurt-based label Blackfish will be mastered next week.

Our last VOYAGE Session at the Standard in Würzburg went well, our synthi-live-hero Mr. Psicolor played a wicked and funny live-set. Thanks Youtube you can have a close look at his keyboards, machines and tubes!

And when it comes to my very own releases, I got some in the pipeline but decided to announce them when the release dates are confirmed. But not that long waiting time anymore And be prepared for my first vinyl record ever! Yay! If you wanna dance in Würzburg, save the date: 18th of December our VOYAGE baby will move to the Pleicher Hof for a christmas session. Well, what else have we got…. This friday we’re going to celebrate Yasu’s Birthday here in Würzburg. Lots of specials this time, two bands will play there, Marc Hype from Berlin (Soul Clap!) will play a set on the funk tip and finally we’ll (we = voyage crew) play some deeper shit. Our monthly baby “Voyage” will be back end of the month, too. From technosoul to the deepest disco and everything in between, in the heart of the city, October 30th, 10 pm at the Standard Bar (Basement), Oberthürstraße, Würzburg. Support us!

Yeah, disco nova is a tribute for the monthly club night at the pleicher hof in my  town… I had some fun there last week and our beloved VOYAGE night is coming back as well…. this autumn, first date will be September 19th. Another great flyer from our Paris-based design heros will arrive soon. So watch out!

It’s time for a special night! We’re gonna have a release party this friday at the infamous pleicher hof club in würzburg. Furthermore I’ll go to Paderborn for the first time in July to bring some grooves to the JACK INVASION party together with my buddy Booming B! Can’t wait for these nights…for the love of house music!

What else to say? Well, I received some nice remixes from my own tracks. mr. aakmael from virginia / usa (check his great EPs on uzuri & earthrumental records) and my man iron curtis made some great tunes…. iron “paluka” curtis is from nürnberg. or berlin? I dont really know…. maybe he lives in both cities at the same time and he has like 2 personalities. you never know these house headz…. finally Ernie (of minuendo fame) from madrid remixed a track called “Four clicks”. So the release will come on StupendousMusic from New York. Yeah, New York. So you def should look out for johannes albert’s debut EP called “dome street EP”. Digital version should be out soon as far as I know. Sorry today is the commercials-only day. Business, you know….?! hahaha.
Oh we will do a release party end of june as well. Unfortunately not in New York this time but the location will be great as well. I’ll let u know!
And I got some more useful stuff for you today. Some links to blogs I really like. You should check the druffmix, jus weird stuff from a weird bunch. They call it “daily magazine for excess culture”. Next one is a disco-reedit-blog. Free MP3 Downloads here you go!!! haha… Check their fantastic edit of the brothers johnson tune “strawberry letter 23″. I strongly recommend that one. They call themselves Bicep. I feel it, guys. When it comes to disco blogs (there are lots of …) we shouldn forget about the OOFT people. Always edits with quality and great dj mixes here. Nice one. Last but not disco-least we have the social disco club out of portugal with their mindless boogie records and stuff. Shouts to Humberto!

Now back to work and the sun & all the lovely lakes afterwards…

finally summer arrived here in Würzburg mid of april. Why not…. to celebrate this thing, we organized some nice sessions this weekend. On friday we’re (we = julian mager, benny pecoraio & me) doing a lil party in a small basement in our city, no entry fee - just great house vibes and some cheap drinks. This one is private, so if you wanna join us, send me an email and you’ll get all the information you need. It’s called spice!

Saturday will see the return of our beloved voyage nights at the standard in Würzburg. From the deepest disco 2 the sweetest house or the other way round - we’ll see as always presented by my buddys yasu & gabriel. You can listen to a musical invitation on myspace.

And by the way I’m more than happy to announce my very first release. It will come in May on a deephouse label from New York City and …. wow …. amazing. This is something very special for me, cause I’ve been doing the dj-thing for more or less 12 years now and this is the next step. You know, sometimes it jus takes some time! Be sure, I’ll give you the links to all the shops and more information when it comes closer to the release. This is wicked!!
